本课程为那些希望专注于运动营养的健身专业人员设计，帮助客户优化表现、恢复及整体健康。课程涵盖运动营养的关键主题，包括宏量营养素和微量营养素需求、增肌减脂策略、补充剂使用及特定运动的营养需求。
本课程为希望成为认证普拉提教练的健身专业人员设计，共15学时，内容包括普拉提基本原则、解剖学基础、核心体式、课程结构、不同水平的动作调整及教学与纠正常见动作的方法。课程将理论与实践结合，确保学员能够领导安全、有效且充满活力的普拉提课程。
