ARSI-PS Certified Advanced Performance Specialist (Level II) + minimum 3 years coaching experience.

To master the art and science of performance coaching education. Graduates will be qualified to mentor and assess other performance coaches, develop ARSI-accredited performance curriculum, and serve as industry thought leaders.
