The pinnacle of the ARSI Performance pathway. This program prepares elite coaches to mentor other performance specialists, design and deliver ARSI-accredited performance curriculum, and lead industry standards.

Delivery Mode:

Elite Mentorship Program (Intensive In-Person Residency + Practicum)

Course Objective:

To master the art and science of performance coaching education. Graduates will be qualified to mentor and assess other performance coaches, develop ARSI-accredited performance curriculum, and serve as industry thought leaders.

Prerequisite:

ARSI Advanced Performance Specialist (Level 2) + minimum 3 years coaching experience.

Assessment:

Teaching Practicum: Design and deliver a 90-minute ARSI-accredited workshop module
Curriculum Project: Develop a 4-week specialized performance curriculum
Case Study Defense: Oral defense of a complex athlete case study
Written Thesis: 3,000-5,000 word paper on a chosen topic in performance science

Credentials Earned:

ARSI Master Performance Educator (Level 3) + eligibility for ARSI Approved Educator status
