- Course Objective:

To master the art and science of coaching education. Graduates will be qualified to mentor and assess other trainers, develop and deliver ARSI-accredited curriculum, and lead educational standards within the fitness industry.

Passing ARSI-CPT Level 1 and Level 2 certification.

- Assessment:

Teaching Practicum: Design and deliver a 90-minute ARSI-accredited workshop module. Assessment by ARSI Master Instructor panel.
Curriculum Project: Develop a 4-week specialized training curriculum with full rationale, learning outcomes, and assessment tools.
Case Study Defense: Oral defense of a complex client case study demonstrating mastery of interdisciplinary decision-making.
Written Thesis: A 3,000-5,000 word paper on a chosen topic in fitness education or sports science (publishable quality).

- Credentials Earned:

Upon successful completion, graduates earn the ARSI-CPT Elite designation and are eligible to apply for ARSI Approved Educator status, authorizing them to deliver ARSI-CPT Core and Pro curriculum.
