课程目标 - Course Objective:

To delve into advanced nutritional topics, learn to develop periodized nutrition plans for elite athletes and special populations, master advanced techniques for body composition management, and understand the evidence-based application of sports supplements.

先决条件 - Prerequisite:
需通过Level 1认证或具备同等知识。
Passing Level 1 certification or possessing equivalent knowledge is required.
